Family to Family Class starts April 12

A NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Family to Family Course will start April 12 and be held on Thursday evenings, 6:30-9 pm for 11 weeks. This class will offer a “Feast of Information” about mental illness, the brain, medications, coping skills, resources, understanding your family member’s experience, and communication techniques. Family to Family has been found to be an evidence-based practice, and most valuable in helping family members to deal with everyday living.
